The key data revealed a sports car that would punch way above its class: 200 hp, top speed in excess of 230 km/h, sprint from a standing start to 100 km/h inside 6.7 seconds.

Chrysler Group introduces Mopar ’10 Challenger in August

With pricing starting at $38,000, this instant collector arrives next month. Landspeed worldrecord with the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Super Sport

On a beautiful sunny day at 25 degrees the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Super Sport achieved a new landspeed world record for production cars, on the proving grounds of the Volkswagen Group at Ehra-Lessien (nearby its headquarters at Wolfsburg). From May 2009 to May 2010, Camaro posted 100,000 total sales, outselling its closest competitor by 20,000 vehicles. Camaro now commands 45 percent of the U.S. market for sports cars, and continues to bring new customers to Chevrolet dealerships – both at home and overseas.
